This was a photo set up. Marc most likely paid the pap to be there, take his pic so he could get attention and have people spend even more money on his music, videos, etc., because he might have put something in his crotch in order to make it look large and like he is hung like a horse. He knew full well that this would generate tons of attention and buzz and people talking about his penis size which all translates into more attention for an attention seeking type which equals more money for a type that money is his God.
